Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team on a contract/PRN basis. The CNA will provide quality personal care, support with daily living activities, and assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients in their homes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Support with meal prep, feeding, and hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, changing linens).
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or safety.
• Follow care plan instructions provided by RN/Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency standards.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA and safety guidelines.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Active CNA Certification in Texas (required).
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Proof of TB test or chest X-ray (within last 12 months).
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Availability for contract/PRN shifts as needed.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, long-term care, or assisted living.
